MEET MARCO
Marco Dingemans
Studio Director | Principal Teacher | Teacher Trainer
Studio Director and Principal Teacher Marco Dingemans is originally from the Netherlands (1969) and finished two degrees in Tourism & Marketing (BA) and Communications & Organisation Science (MA) in his native country. He moved to London in 2010.

From 2014 up to his departure for New Zealand in 2016 Marco trained at Pi Studios in London and qualified as a Classical mat teacher. In 2017 he continued his training with a Classical Reformer training at Core Pilates NY in Wellington.
In 2019 he successfully finished a 600 hour teacher training program at Authentic Pilates Education International in Auckland and Sydney and became a fully comprehensive Classical Pilates teacher.

From 2022 to 2026 Marco was a founding council member of industry body Pilates Aotearoa.
​
In 2024 he set up a partnership with Connect Centre in Nelson and launched the Pilates teacher training program Teach Pilates.
​
As part of ongoing learning Marco takes regular lessons from other classically trained teachers, joins workshops and participates in pilates conferences around the world. ​​
